This large, 700 square foot apartment has incredible light, a gorgeous bay window in the dining area, incredibly high ceilings, hardwood floors, two decorative fireplaces, three good-sized closets, a large built-in bookshelf, and a great kitchen with ample space for cooking. Extra storage for bikes is available and there is a good laundromat two blocks away (wash and fold service available at cleaners across the street). Safe and very convenient location with excellent amenities and public transportation nearby (we are also two blocks from the Penn East bus stop). Kind and caring landlord who lives and works in the neighborhood. Quiet building with mature and respectful neighbors. We have been incredibly happy here and highly recommend this apartment! Rent is $1650/month and includes heat, gas, and water. You pay electricity and internet (the apartment is set up for FIOS). Available August 1.
