My husband is a carpenter and we have spent 5 years upgrading this house. Some of our favorite features are the concrete overlay counter tops in the master bathroom and in the kitchen. They are custom and impressive and all our guests comment on how beautiful they are. Also, we have changed a small bedroom into a master bathroom suite that now joins our master bedroom. We designed the tile patterns and there's even small rock work in the double-walk-in, no door shower. The sink is a black glass bowl sink that we also really love. In the living room, my husband has built a built-in entertainment center and the whole room is newly remodeled. It took us years to tear down walls and wall paper and remove the plaster and install the insulation. The master bedroom also walks out onto a screen covered porch that we also have tiled. In the summer it is so nice to sit and enjoy the dusk while looking out into the garden. We are very proud of our home and will really miss all the work we have done.
