**Mobile home in Red Rock Mobile home park** Just renovated. New flooring, fresh paint, new kitchen, updated bathroom. Just a few pictures as we are still finishing up. We will update post more as we finish and get it cleaned up. Outside is dated looking as it is an older mobile home we renovated. Landlord pays for trash, and mows. Tenant responsible for water/ sewer ( the city does charge more with us being in the county), evergy, and Kansas gas. We prefer no pets. Applicants with no pets will be considered first. If we approve a pet there is a refundable pet deposit and a monthly pet fee per animal. Must pass background and credit requirements. Non smokers only.
