We have decided to lease out our 1 bedroom Air BnB downtown Sandpoint condo for 5 months. It comes fully furnished with everything you need including bikes, kayaks, high speed internet and Netflix. The condo has raving 5 star reviews online and normally rents for $280/night at 90% occupancy during the summer. Here is our description. Right on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille in downtown Sandpoint's waterfront residence, this newly renovated unit at Condo del Sol is a beautiful retreat to revive + rejuvenate in sun or snow. Home would be a 5 minute walk or bike ride to City Beach, Fat Pig, Matchwood Brewing, Mickduff's Beer Hall, Evans Brother's Coffee, Pend Oreille Winery, and a handful of boutiques, galleries, and yoga studios. Leap into the lake or cast your line right off the dock, jump into one of the complex's two pools (just 40' from the condo's patio), take the kayaks out for a calm dawn or evening sunset paddle... Play tennis, volleyball, Frisbee or bocce ball while grilling at the on-site BBQs or cooking in the gorgeous, brand new kitchen that is well-stocked with herbs, oils, and spices. Don't want to eat in? Ride the beach cruisers into town for some fabulous local fare with flair. Linens, towels, plates, silverware, Keurig coffee maker, basic kitchen essentials, microwave, farmhouse sink, garbage disposal, dish washer, bluetooth speaker in the living room and bathroom fan, hide-a-bed memory foam sofa in the living room, California King bed, under cabinet lighting, hardwood floors, patio furniture, lawn games, bikes, kayaks, ample parking right in front of your unit, community BBQ, new front load washer/dryer and much more. $1000 refundable security deposit at move in. Owner pays for water, sewer garbage and wifi. Tenant pays for only electricity. Strict no pet policy, no smoking. This is usually a short term airbnb for $280/night. We are offering this out long term this year until end of May. We will pay for a professional cleaning once per month so it remains clean.
