The apartment is managed by EJF Real Estate, and they are very responsive and have taken care of any maintenance issues swiftly. If you are interested in leasing the unit, the application and background check will be carried out through EJF. There is a security deposit of $2,500 and the condo charges a move-in fee of $500. Electricity and Internet are tenant's responsibility.
