We've owned the house for 4 years. In 2021 put on new roof, in 2023 put in brand new windows, in 2024 insulated the whole house and new vinyl siding. Also have done a number of other upgrades such as complete bath and upstairs remodel, new carpet in main living area as well as new vinyl in kithen, dinning and laundry room. Has a fireplace with wood burning insert which is a great secondary heat source also makes the living room very cozy. Has a high efficiency natural gas furnace as primary heat source. Does not have central air, is cooled with window units. We absolutely love the home just looking for a bigger yard for our kids to grow up in. The house does have a lovely outdoor patio and screened in porch.
