They are overlooking a flowering tree on Linden Ave and a large front porch on Dryden rd. The room has solid oak furniture and a large double bed. There is plenty of light and space . The house is a shared house where you can meet other students and people affiliated with Cornell in an off campus relaxed setting. We are close to Cornell and all of it's amenities. It is a three to five minute walk to the Engineering and Law school and we are right across the street from the Business school. It is a two minute walk to the theater shops and restaurants. Everything is at your footsteps just across the street. The buses are only a block away that take you around the entire campus and city. The Cornell Main entrance is just two blocks away where there is a fantastic natural gorge with a spectacular large waterfall. Adjacent is a theater, tennis court and a peaceful, secluded, shady nature walk. We are a small family business that has served Cornell students, visitors and faculty for over 62 years at this location. We provide short and long term rental . We seek to provide a quiet home for people who are serious academics and wish to study . Many people have gone on to graduate and have successful careers from this former student boarding house. We continue to provide Free services 24/7 and all utilities are included . We provide free amenities like high speed Internet and Premium Cable TV. . We clean the common ( kitchen , halls and bathrooms ) areas weekly and maintain the premises. We pay for the trash tags ,removal and collection. We are now renting this large room within the student house for the academic school year and summer of 2025-26 .
