Full bathroom that has been recently renovated. Brand new kitchen and appliances. No carpet in this house- nice and clean feeling!! Upstairs you can choose from two rooms that both have comfy queen beds. Completing the upstairs is a 3/4 bathroom! Laundry on the property and lots of outdoor living spaces. Monthly rental fee includes water and trash. 2 Pet Max upon approval- $150 pet fee per pet. No smoking in the house. End of Stay will have a $400 cleaning fee. Rental length negotiable.
