The apartment community is situated on a hill surrounded by nature. No traffic noise here! Located on a side street, this community isn't disturbed by the hustle and bustle of commuters. You are no more than 5 minutes from the center of town, but when you are here, you feel like you are out in the country. Most points in Chittenden County can be reached within 20 minutes of the community.
Our Clubhouse is the center of our Community. This building holds the onsite management office which is staffed 6 days a week and our Fitness Center and Community Room. No need fro a gym membership, we have much of the same quality equipment as they do. We have planned community events and do offer the Community Room to residents for private functions (at a nominal fee). The community also has an in ground, heated, swimming pool (currently open until mid-September) and a picnic area with 2 barbeque grills in use year round. We have also added our Patio Area with a gas fire pit and additional barbeque grills and we are a few weeks away from opening our own dog park.
We are PET FRIENDLY! We have the luxury of green space to accommodate dog owners and even provide bags and waste receptacles.
Major employers within 5-20 minutes are: Global Foundries (formerly IBM), Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Dept. of Homeland Security, University of Vermont Medical Center, Dealer.com, and the Burlington International Airport.
