You may hear a train whistle on occasion, the cheers at the local high school ball games, and a bark or two. We pride ourselves in being pet friendly providing pet stations and a new dog park for our resident dog owners to use. The apartments are spacious in design with an open floor plan for the Kitchen to Living Room. The kitchen provides you with plenty of countertop and cabinet space - a cooks kitchen for sure! Carpet is only found in the bedroom with the large walk in closet. Full bathroom to include washer & dryer. The Clubhouse is the center of our community. We provide a common sitting room and kitchen for both resident and staff use. Our fitness center is located in the bottom floor of the Clubhouse where multiple machines and free weights are available for use. We have also provided a space for yoga, aerobics or individual exercise. Our swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to September while our Patio Firepit is open all year long. Our barbeque grills are also available throughout the entire year. We pride ourselves with excellent customer service in responding to the needs of our residents. Our management office is located on-site in our Clubhouse and we also have a maintenance staff to take care of the buildings and grounds daily. We are staffed 6 days a week. Major employers within 5-20 minutes are: Global Foundries, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Dept. of Homeland Security, University of Vermont Medical Center, Burlington Intl. Airport and Downtown Burlington. Owner responsible for heat/hot water, rubbish removal and snow removal. Tenant responsible for electric, cable & internet.
