Prospective tenants will likely have to tour the property while current tenant is still living in the home. A May 20th, 2025 move in is listed but the landlord can be somewhat flexible. Property has been lived in by the owner for 5 years and is well taken care of. 1 car garage, driveway that fits an additional vehicle, and visitor parking available. Restaurants, Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, gym, pharmacy, dry cleaners, and shopping center within walking distance. Old town Alexandria is within a 15 minute drive and trails along the Potomac/GW Parkway are less than ten minutes away! Townhome community is adjacent to nice neighborhoods and local hospital, doctors offices, and medical specialists are less than a five minute drive. There is a small playground for kids within the townhome community. Owner of the home has not had any issues with crime and has experienced zero safety concerns. In addition, the police station is less than two miles away. Landlord will implement a criminal background check and credit check for seriously interested tenants. There will be a pre-inspection for tenants to identify any damages prior to moving in. There will also be a post inspection after the tenant (s) move out. Any damage identified by the landlord that was not identified by the tenant during the move in inspection will be the responsibility of the tenant. Tenant is also responsible for cleaning the property to the same level it was prior to move in. Any pets must be brought to the attention of the landlord prior to lease signing. Any desired alterations (painting a room, changing of fixtures, etc) to the property must be brought to the attention of the landlord prior to making the alteration. I rent my old home in North Carolina and have had amazing relationships with all my tenants. I treat my tenants with the respect and fairness they deserve but expect the same in return. I promise to do what's right as the property owner but expect the same from my tenants. I am leaving the property because I have a new assignment for work that requires me to move to west Arlington. I may move back to this property and therefore kindly ask you treat the property well.
