Property has been lived in by the owner for 5 years and is well taken care of. 1 car garage, driveway that fits an additional vehicle, and visitor parking available. Restaurants, Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, gym, pharmacy, dry cleaners, and shopping center within walking distance. Old town Alexandria is within a 15 minute drive and trails along the Potomac/GW Parkway are less than ten minutes away! Townhome community is adjacent to nice neighborhoods and local hospital, doctors offices, and medical specialists are less than a five minute drive.
