The Elk house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath very private home completely hidden away on a beautiful working horse farm. The house is situated directly next to the Elkhorn Creek and has a shed in the yard for storage, plenty of parking, as well as a washer dryer already hooked up and a small deck outside. Up to two pets are welcome on the farm with approval and one time pet deposit fee and $25 a month pet-rent. We are a very relaxed and private living community here on the farm. Water, garbage, recycling, mowing, weedeating, and snow removal are all included in rent. The only utilities the tenant is responsible for would be electricity and internet.
