Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For additional guest(s) an additional 10% per person will be added to the rent. Rental Policy for Long-term: First month and last month rent due upon signing of the lease. $1200.00 security deposit (damage/loss) and mailbox key, gate cards. Additionally, renter pays electric, wifi and inside water/sewer. Landlord pays, amenity fee, trash, lawn and insect control. The security deposit will be refunded, less a $300 cleaning fee, within 30 days of departure after the end of rental period and inspection, if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remote controls, security gate cards and mailbox key (if furnished). Additionally, Tenant pays $50 fee to The Villages for (2) Resident Village ID cards. This card provides access to all Villages facilities; especially recommended for golfers!
