On May 2,2017.I visited the round house.I noticed a section of sheet rock hanging from the ceiling that was under the circular roof.This could be caused by the past winter heavy snowfall or other winter condition ie ice,hail or rain that possible could cause a leak in the roof. It is suggested that during the home inspection the roof gets extra attention from the inspector and potential buyer. The house is being sold AS IS .The The prici is reduced to $100,000.00
