Well,it's quiet and nice for those that like to be semi private without the city noise. I have lived here 3 yrs and i've felt safe each day. We have great owners/families that live here and a huge plus for me my neighbor is a sheriff.Her husband is on the board of the HOA.As of the time being untill further notice..hoa fees are 70.00 a month.Maybe cheaper in months to come..it's under talk as i speak. Home will be sold as is..needs a kitchen update along with some bathroom fixtures. Price of the home can be discussed.
