The washer, dryer, fridge, oven, stovetop and microwave are included as part of the rental. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance. This is a great part of town. The elementary school (Shepardson), middle school (Boltz), and high school (Fort Collins) are all either walkable/bikeable. Sprouts is easy walking distance. The Power Trail is nearby. The management company is quick to respond to any needed repairs. Again, the house is available starting on August 26th. If you move in August you would pay a daily prorated rent to us (the current tenants) for the rest of August. September rent would paid to the property manager on September 1st. No cats. One dog allowed but 40 lbs max and breed restrictions apply. $300 refundable pet deposit. Tenant pays rent, trash, water, and electricity. Tenant is also responsible for the yard
