The place has built-in shelving downstairs as well as built-in storage cabinets in the attached two-car garage; there is a separate separate tool shed, room to park a trailer, and a huge backyard with a garden and fruit trees. The washer, dryer, fridge, oven, stovetop and microwave are included as part of the rental. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance. This is a great part of town. The elementary school (Shepardson), middle school (Boltz), and high school (Fort Collins) are all either walkable/bikeable. Sprouts is easy walking distance. The Power Trail is nearby. The management company is quick to respond to any needed repairs. Again, the house is available starting on August 26th. If you move in August you would pay a daily prorated rent to us (the current tenants) for the rest of August. September rent would paid to the property manager on September 1st. No cats.
