    What the owner loves about this home
    I love that it's all fresh paint, new carpet & flooring. The home feels spacious and inviting. The big yard is fully fenced - kids & pets? No worries! The apricot tree is amazing for both fruit and shade. There's a large storage shed in the back of the yard. It has a lot of garden space in front, sides and back. The home is cozy and I love that the master bedroom is at one end and has a large bathroom, and walk in closet. The front end of the house has the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. The tip-out adds a lot of living room space. The woodstove keeps it warm and cozy. It also has central heating. There are 3 airconditioners that keep it as cool or cold as you desire. We usually only needed 2 AC's running in the hottest weather. Everything is as nice as can be. You may be surprised that it's much bigger inside than expected. The kitchen has a lot of cupboard and counter space. The wrap-around breakfast counter accommodates up to 4 stools. It's in a very friendly community. We have a lot of life-long friends from living there. There are so many positive things about the court and this home. We put a lot of love and time into getting it ready for sale. It's a blink to get on the freeway, close to the YMCA Swim Park, Bi-Mart, Fred Meyer, Freeway entrance. Easy to get to everything. I really can't say enough about how great and kind the park owners are. This is one of the best courts to live in. There are families, couples - all ages. You can engage with people or keep to yourself. The neighbors are wonderful. Come see it, to see if it fits your needs. I loved living here.
