    This property lost its home during the wildfire of Erskine Creek in 2016. The property zoned for horses, is at the end of Cook Peak, it is private and secluded but still close to town. The Land is waiting for another family to build their dream home. There are two water meters, I found, and electric, but I do not think the septic is still in working order, so you will need to investigate the septic. There is plenty of room to have a few horses and build your corral you will be able to ride right from you home, no trailering needed here. This property is really price well, clients just need to sell in its present condition and move on.
