This place is near a lake on a mountain resort and is ideal for a single person. This is a fully furnished 1-beedroom suite, with its own outdoor kitchen and full bathroom. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can remove whatever your do not want and keep what you want or even add more if you prefer. This is an independent small room (7'x9') on mountain resort, and there are other properties on the resort. There is fire pit near the suite and plenty of free parking. The room faces a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool (not included). It is a quiet place and away from the hustle and the bustle of the city life and you wake up with the sound of nature. Shared washer and dryer are available on premises. The resort is gated on a gated mountain with only 6 households on the mountain. The rest are farms. It is 12 miles from Vista and Oceanside shops and 8 miles from Pala Casino, 45 miles from downtown San Diego and Mexican border. Water and electric charge is fixed at $100 per month. Gas tank is provided, but tenant is responsible for refilling the tank. Internet maybe provided free. but it is recommended that the tenants get their own service or a booster.
