This centrally located Evergreen home-share is a great escape from the city, and less than an hour drive to ski resorts. The upper level of the home is being offered for rent, and delivers views of Mt Evans from the high windows in the vaulted ceiling living room, and expansive outdoor, partially covered deck. The spacious kitchen and open floor plan dining/living area receives sun all day. A powder bathroom and closet is available for guests while the master bathroom remains a private retreat. A large walk-in master closet augments the spacious master bedroom, which adjoins a "flex-room". The space is also furnished. The laundry room is shared and is located downstairs in the other tenants space, close to the foyer. Upon entering the house in the small foyer, there are stairs that go up to the top floor. Note there is no door in the foyer between the bottom floor and the stairs going to the upstairs level, but there is a heavy privacy curtain.
