Two floors. Main floor has two beds, two baths, kitchen, laundry, sun and living room and a coat closet in the hall. Main bedroom has large walk in closet that was added in 2020. Main bath is small but it works; sink, toilet, shower (we had a new shower installed in 2019). Kitchen was remodeled in 2020, new refrigerator and electric stove (not glass top as that's what I had and hated it, new double stainless steel sink, new cabinets and vinyl wood look flooring throughout kitchen sunroom and laundry room. The flooring is wonderful and can withstand water. There's a large pantry and LOTS of storage. Laundry room is off of the kitchen with a door to the two car garage. Sunroom with LOTS of windows, new floors. Kitchen table can easily fit in the kitchen or sunroom. Downstairs are three bedrooms, and a full bath and also a storage room that is totally underground so it's where we head when storms are brewing. The biggest bedroom is downstairs and has two closets; one of them has a lot of storage as it goes deep by going under the stairs. There are two other bedrooms, both with closets, one is a "regular bedroom" the other opens to the back yard and has a large closet that takes up one wall. We put new carpet in the house in 2011, and a new roof in 2014. The carpet is "gold" quality which means it is extremely good The lot is 6/10's of an acre and we have a fence and 23 ft. round above ground pool in the backyard. The ladder to the pool is attached to the concrete patio and there is a small umbrella table and chairs on the patio. The fence has three gates; one is big enough to get trucks through, one opens to the "outback" and one opens by the garage. There is a basketball goal that can be moved around and filled with sand or water to make it stable. There is enough room to park four cars easily in the driveway, or thee cars and an RV due to the large drive next to the garage.
