Lease term The lease term shall be a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of six (6) months. 2. Utilities Owner-Paid Utilities: The Landlord will cover the cost of water and WiFi services. Tenant-Paid Utilities: The Tenant will be responsible for the payment of electricity. 3. Pets The Tenant is allowed no more than two (2) pets on the Premises. All pets must be approved by the Landlord in writing before bringing them onto the property. The Tenant agrees to pay any additional pet deposit or fee as specified in the Lease Agreement. 4. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Premises. The Tenant agrees to abide by this no-smoking policy and acknowledges that violating this provision may result in penalties or termination of the lease. 5. The deposit will be held by the Landlord to cover any damages, unpaid rent, or violations of the lease terms. Move-In/Move-Out Inspections A move-in inspection will be conducted at the start of the lease, and a move-out inspection will be conducted at the end of the lease.
