We are ready to "Re-Lease" - Stanhope Student apartments for summer 2025. 2 bed 2 bath student apmt , of which one bedroom (with private bathroom) for re-lease, is available. Safe, comfy, pool, game room, on Hillsboro street, walkable to NC state campus. Walkable to NC state University. Lease duration - May thru July 25th 2025 (lease will be "transferred over", and we are flexible on move-in date). Lease can be renewed with Stanhope, directly upon expiry , once transferred over. Private room with large windows with view of the pool and seating area. Kitchen, Living, In-Unit Washer and Dryer is shared space. Rent to be paid to the apartment is $1320 / month (utilities included) . I am willing to provide a upfront cash discount of $1260 of the 3 months total, if lease gets transferred. This makes the effective rent as $900/month. The leasing office expects a $500 lease transfer fee, which i would expect to share 50-50 with the new renter. The leasing office also expects the renter to have their renter's insurance at the time of signing the lease.
