A small laundry room is 15 steps across the unit while there is a bigger laundry room that opens 24 hours on a lower floor. Located on the fourth floor of the building, the unit provides an easy access to the swimming pool and a picnic area on the same floor that open in summer. The building has a fully-equipped gym for residents and a concierge service to handle all packages and mails. ABOUT MYSELF: Thai man in early 50s but young at heart. Government job.
