Tenant may bring their own furniture to add to the room to their liking.
Fees: Tenant should expect to pay background check in application and security deposit
Utility costs will be divided and must be paid within 3 days of landlord notification of the amount each renter is responsible for. Utilities include: Electricity, Water, Internet Late utility payments will incur an additional $25 fee if not paid by within the 3 day grace period.

Parking is provided for each tenant.
One (1) visitor parking space may be available for up to seven (7) days per approved guest.
