Even so, the location is usually quiet. This particular unit is located right next to the elevators and a short distance from the laundry room. It is eastward-facing. Leases run from August-August. You will technically be subletting from me for the first year, but I plan to move out permanently. Parking is $30 or $60 if you want a covered space. Spots are first-come-first-serve. You must inform the property owners of pets, which cost an additional $30 per animal. Smoking is balcony-only.
