A second lease option is a one year lease available beginning 3/15/20 for $1995/month AND ALLOWS YOU TO SUBLET FOR NIGHTLY RENTALS. Lease is flexible and condo can be rented from 1 month to 1 year. Rate posted is off season rate but condo can be rented on a 1 year lease for $1995/month. All utilities, cable TV and hi speed internet are included in the rent!
