Welcome to Our Cedar Forest Mountain Retreat! * This fully furnished ground-level home apartment for one ($1425/mth) or two ($1600/mth) is completely separate from the main house where the rarely seen caretaker resides. There's no interior access to the upstairs, and each unit has a separate private entrance and private driveway parking. * Conveniently located halfway up Big Mountain, 4.5 miles to downtown Whitefish, 2.5 miles to the chairlifts on Whitefish Mountain Resort, and 45 minutes to Glacier National Park. * Included: one queen bedroom, one living room with a 55" SmartTV, a drop-down futon couch, a sitting area, a full bath, and a fully supplied and equipped kitchenette with multiple cooking devices. A common area with two drop-down tables can be used however you wish. There's plenty of space to store your skis or toys inside (no storage outside). * Onsite amenities include an aquatic facility with an indoor salt pool, an outdoor hot pool, hiking trails, tables, tennis courts, a sauna, locker rooms with showers, an outdoor pool within walking distance, and a private beach on Whitefish Lake with a day dock. * There is no need for air conditioning because this apartment is built in the ground on the mountain which maintains a naturally cool temperature. * This rental property is located in a resort community known for seasonal rates. These are our prorated rates according to length of lease: When renting six or more months, rent is $1,425/mth/one renter [$1,600/mth/two] When renting three to six months, rent is $1,500/mth/one renter [$1,700/mth/two] When renting one to three months, rent is $1,600/mth/one renter [$1,800/mth/two] * Refundable security deposit: $1000 paid via direct bank deposit. First and last month's rent due 30 days prior to arrival. * Utilities and amenities are included, except in winter months: *Jan, Feb, and March = Add 30% electric contribution for one, 40% for two. * Cancellation: You will receive a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the security deposit, a 50% refund up to 30 days before your arrival, and the security deposit is forfeited within 30 days of your arrival. * Visiting guests of renters pay $25/night/each. * The backyard is Off-limits, and renters only use the front area. * All you need are suitcases and adventure toys! * For hiker enthusiasts, a mile up the road are two trails of the Whitefish Trail System plus onsite trails. * We're seeking kind, uncomplicated renters seeking peace and quiet.
