This stylish condo offers unbeatable access to the city's premier attractions and is part of Peachtree Towers, a secure and well-managed building with a doorman. The condo features a fully functional kitchen with an electric stove, granite countertops, refrigerator, toaster oven, pots, pans, cups, dishes, utensils, a knife set, coffee maker, and basic cooking supplies. It also includes Wi-Fi, cable (Comcast basic plan), a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies such as dish soap and all-purpose cleaner. The unit has controlled air conditioning, where the building manages start dates annually, usually around March, and heating is similarly managed with typical activation around October. Access to a laundry room is located in the building's basement. If you need a car park, please contact us. Centrally located on Peachtree Street in a tourist and business area, this condo is within walking distance of key landmarks such as the Georgia World Congress Center, Phillips Arena, the Georgia Dome, America's Mart, CNN Center, the World of Coca-Cola, and the Aquarium. The MARTA station is just two blocks away, enabling quick travel throughout the city and to Atlanta Airport in approximately 30 minutes. No pets are allowed in the unit, and a violation will result in a $600 fine from the building. No smoking or vaping is allowed at all times inside the building, and if found smoking inside, a $250 fine will be imposed. No parties or gatherings are allowed. If rules are violated, you may be asked to leave the building, and no refund will be provided. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please do not take our building sensor cards/fob when checking out; a missing fob will result in a $100 replacement cost. Late check-out that's not agreed upon will result in an extra cleaning fee and inconvenience fee around $200 and up. Wearing a mask is required in the common area. Don't put anything valuable inside of the car, we can't take any responsibilities for car breaking or any loss if that happens since we don't have any control for the parking. This is a residential building, please keep the noise to a minimum. The building was built in 1963 and in doing so the air conditioning and heat are from the same area. Only the building has control over the thermostat unfortunately. In each condo, It only controls the speed, and force of the air. So some times the weather outside will affect the temperature in the condo. Every year during March and Nov, guests might feel too warm or too cold, we will provide fans/ space heaters during that time. Being located downtown, all kinds of people may gather, we can't take any responsibilities if you don't like the area or don't feel safe, please do your research for the downtown area before you book. Located in a high rise building which means you will have neighbors around, we are working hard to provide a comfortable environment but we don't take responsibilities for anything happened outside of the condo/unit, including smoking smell from other units etc.
