The large deck faces the Fraser River allowing for the 24/7 sound of moving water and views of the slopes. Easy walk to bars and restaurants in Fraser. Tenant pays for electricity and gas. These will remain in our name and we will request reimbursement each month. If any payments are missed, we will subtract them from the security deposit. A cleaning fee will be requested at the end of the lease and will be subtracted out of the security deposit. Owner pays for cable, high speed WiFi, water, sewer, and trash. Renter pays gas and electric. These utilities will remain in our name and we will send pdfs of the bills and request reimbursement. Any missed utility payments will be deducted from the security deposit + an additional penalty. Lost keys will incur a $50 replacement fee. Well-behaved pets are welcome (there is a designated pet area across the parking lot). Pets require a non-refundable $300 deposit. A cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Renter(s) may not sublet to other people without permission of the owner nor may the tenant(s) short-term rent it to others. The condo comes fully furnished.
