The kitchen cabinets and appliances are all on the newer side and the paint is on the fresher side. The unit has a washer dryer combo unit. These work a little differently than a conventional set up, but it gets a the job done and frees up extra space. There is also a dishwasher, but it is the smallest dishwasher you'll ever come across. This unit has a maximum occupancy of 1 person. This unit is the other half of a duplex (Unit A. Door on the left). This apartment will be available July 1st. The deposit is $1100 and I also need first month's rent to clear before move in. Tenants collective income must be three times the rent. I'm pretty chill as far as landlords go. You aren't dealing with a big company or an unresponsive management firm. I am moving literally a mile away, so I'm very available if something goes wrong.
