Currently being remodeled. Popcorns ceilings are about half scraped, and being refinished and painted, and all the walls are being repainted as well. New flooring throughout downstairs. Two of three bathrooms are tiled. New high efficiency 16 sear, 3 ton, Goodman heating and air system installed in 2015. 15 solar panels added to the roof in 2015. All water efficient water fixtures throughout and dual flush water efficient toilets in all bathrooms. Once ceilings are finished and paint is completed throughout new carpets will be installed upstairs. Also new baseboards and crown moulding will be installed throughout the lower level along with refinished cabinets and new countertops. Also, all the original 42” 4 blade fans have been replaced with 54” 5 blade curling hugger fans throughout the entire home. More being done every week!
