The cabin was originally built in 2015. Was a salon for 2 years and then I renovated it to the Airbnb cabin and has been doing fantastic since. The front porch I closed off and have plans for windows, but it’s basically turned into a kids room with a tv and fireplace and twin bed. The living room now has a fold out couch, two lazy boy recliners, smart 60 “ tv and electric fireplace. The bathrooms are both great condition and I updated all the fixtures in the last year. The main bedroom has a custom log queen size bed but you could also fit a king. The entire cabin is handicap accessible and everything was built to code and inspected by the state. The lot is 50 by 50 and the fence is within those parameters. The back deck is trex the front concrete. The well is fantastic and so is the water. I did put in a horse shoe pit and some corn hole games in the yard as well. The cabin is all electric and the max bill is 120 in the winter min 40 summer. Sewer is about 30 a month. Insurance is about 100. Property taxes are 800 a year. If there’s any other questions holler anytime.
