Our Town House is situated in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the Camp Lejeune 172 gate. If you like small town, country living this is the place to be. There is also a boat access ramp and pier just 2 minutes down the road for fishing, boating and kayaking ease. The electricity and water estimates at about $130 per month combined. Lawn care and garbage are also included. If you have a fur friend in your life there is a small dog park in the center of the neighborhood near the outdoor grill area. Each town house has 2 parking spaces per house. All appliances are included. Please let us know if you have any questions! Tenant is responsible for electric and water. Trash is covered.
