Private apartment with DVDs, Wifi, AC, microwave, coffee maker, small full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, 3/4 bath, sleeper sofa, 2 bicycles. Sweet neighborhood. No cable TV. This is a non-smoking house and property (no smoking cigarettes, [removed], hooka, e-cigarettes etc...) Edibles are fine, smoke is near impossible to re-mediate. Vibrant Oldtown neighborhood. Across from Library park. You can hear the Oldtown square music festivals from our house. Did we mention this is an amazing location? The trains run through Oldtown and the train sounds are unavoidable in Oldtown. Pets can be considered on a case by case basis. Pre-approval required. Depending on size, breed etc... If approved, pets must be crated while alone in the home and the park across the street is a great place to walk your pet. No free roaming in the yard, must be leashed. Our furry children, two awesome Aussies, rule the back yard. No need for transportation... You are at your destination! There is no need to ever leave Oldtown, but if you did need to, the MAX transit system is a short walk away. Max leaves every 15 minutes 1 block parallel and west of the main north south business corridor (College Avenue). This is a fully furnished vacation/executive rental. Wifi and all utilities included, weekly clean linens, and bi-weekly cleaning. During the winter we rent by the month and have had traveling nurse and occupational therapists. We are looking to fill March 1-April 30 before the vacation rental season starts in May. This is a Victorian home turned duplex with this unit being on the main floor.
