The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in a 24-hour doorman building. It has a balcony, a beautiful view of Manhattan and the river, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit washer/dryer, and garbage disposal. Whole Foods is in the building, and 11 subway lines are one block away. There is a roof deck and gym (during COVID there are temperature checks and other COVID measures on the gym), which has weights and exercise machines including Peloton bikes. There is bike storage and parking in the building. Pets are welcome with an extra pet fee. Right next to BAM and close to Fort Greene Park.
