The living room is on the smaller side but makes for a perfect home office or smaller lounge area. You can use one of the bedrooms as a larger living room if needed. One private garage bay comes with this unit and there is parking in the driveway for an additional car (in front of the garage bay). The garage also comes with extra storage space below the apartment. The rent is $2,100 and includes the heat, water, sewer and ELECTRICITY! Tenants pay their own wifi and cable (if desired).
