Twenty Seventh street beach has a rinsing station, lifeguards, and not so many dunes that your feet are sweltering by the time you hit the ocean. Centrally located within walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream, pizza, drug store. Of course, within minutes to Atlantic City night life and massive indoor arcade at the Showboat and Steel Pier for the kids. Three levels of living space with two extra-large decks, gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen, with everything you need to entertain. Use detached garage with extra refrigerator, gas grill, beach equipment, outdoor games. First floor master suite and the third floor has a large bedroom and full bath, which provides the privacy of a second master suite. Host will be available via phone, text, in app communication throughout your stay. I have a short term rental agreement, weekly rentals. Weeks available from 7/27 through September. I do not require Saturday check in; can check in any day of the week.
