It includes a kitchenette with a microwave, portable electric stovetop, fridge, newly-renovated full bathroom, closet and all utilities (cable, internet, electricity, trash, water, etc.) are included. The studio space is completely separate and secured from the upstairs. There are several bus lines just a block away, and easy access to major highways such as 395, 50, and 66. We are also minutes from the Ballston mall, Pentagon City, and Shirlington, etc. Additionally, the home is just steps from a park with tennis, basketball courts and playground area. We continually make improvements to the unit to ensure a safe and comfortable living space. No smoking; pets considered on a case by case basis. We are looking for a quiet, responsible and respectful person. Background and credit check are required ($30 application fee). 1-year lease would be ideal but willing to consider short-term leases with a corresponding adjustment to the rent. NOTE: The apartment is currently occupied and showings must be scheduled in advance to ensure safety and cleanliness.
