We are subletting our two story two bedroom apartment located in Fairport. The sublet will all be through the leasing office so you are secured- with option to resign at the end of august. The terms of this sublease are February 1st- August 31st with option to resign. Perfect opportunity for someone that does not want to sign a year lease but also does not want to pay increased rent for short term lease! Dogs and cats are allowed with approval from leasing office (there are breed restrictions). Security deposit varies depending on your credit (We were not required to pay any security deposit because of our credit- most people qualify for this). 3 minutes drive to the village and canal- about a 20 minute walk! Property is located about 10 minutes from St John Fisher. About the apartment- 2 bedroom, 2 story apartment with 1 full bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit! Large closets in both rooms (one room has 2 closets). The apartment is very much like a townhome but it is located in an apartment complex. There is a pool in the complex that is open from memorial day- labor day. The complex also has a fenced in small dog park and tennis courts. There is also a playground for children. Rent is $1090 a month ($40 extra if you have a dog). This does not included utilities but the apartment is on Fairport electric so we have never paid more than 25 a month for electric.
