Amenities: A/C, Washer/dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV, Seating in kitchen and dining room, filtered water in fridge includes ice maker, garage or street parking. Wrap around yard with seating and firepit. Community pool and jacuzzi. Non smokers, mature, responsible woman. First/last month due at signing, security deposit $1500. If there is excessive use of water or other utilities then this would need to be discussed with potential additional fees. Please discuss any issues about pets. I have 2 senior long haired cats. Backyard has a low pony fence so pets are not secure and can never be left unattended. No smoking of any kind, never indoors and not in yard. No alcohol. Ample parking on street or size permitting share garage.
