I am looking for 1 roommate in a 2BR condo. You would live on bottom level with your own room and bathroom. I live on the 2nd floor with my own room and bathroom. We share the downstairs living room, kitchen, balcony, washer & dryer. The complex has a shared community pool and hot tub. The condo is on the 2nd floor of building at Seasons Condominiums. Ideal Roommate: Someone who is in grad school or a working professional, generally clean, self aware and respectful. I have no preference on male or female roommates, I have lived with both. The apartment allows for dogs or cats but you will need to pay a pet deposit. About Me: I am a 35 yr/o Male Engineer. I work in the office 5 days a week, and am typically active during the week with sports/exercise and on the weekends hanging with friends. I love playing and watching soccer (Liverpool), football (Buffalo Bills), skiing in the winter and have a passion for fitness/live music. I do not have pets. I enjoy a good conversation and beer, but am typically doing my own thing upstairs. Security Deposit is 1-months rent and Internet/Utilities are shared through my accounts (typically $100/month per person).
