The Seasons Condominiums in South Boulder is a small, quiet community with an outdoor heated pool and hot tub on the premises. Please note: hot tub open all year but the pool is open May - Sep. Each Unit has a large open plan kitchen with electric cook-top, dishwasher, refrigerator, a spacious living area complete with fireplace and in-unit stacked washer and dryer. There is a small, private balcony/patio and a bike / tool storage. Perfect for storing ski's, golf clubs, snow tires or bikes. Units will be professionally cleaned prior to your move in. Looking for responsible renters or a couple with a kid. Two Bedroom and 2 Bathrooms + Loft space which is perfect for home office. One bedroom is on the main level and has a large window and two big closets. 2nd bedroom is upstairs on second floor with en-suite bathroom (shower) and closet.
