This is our favorite apartment. Gorgeous two bedroom on the second floor with a beautiful tile shower, tile floors, and new cabinets. The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood off of First Rangeway in Waterville. It boasts two bedrooms a formal dining room, living room, washer, and dryer, as well as front and back porches. We also have a storage room in the back of the apartment and a fairly large yard. The apartment is located a short walk away from the Inland Woods Trail system. Grocery shopping is less than a half mile away, and it is a brief drive to downtown Waterville. Pets will be considered with an additional monthly fee. Rent includes heat, water, lawn care, sewer, and snow removal. We will try to get some pictures of the bedrooms for you by the end of the week.
