The parking lots offer thousands of parking spots, and now that this is no longer affiliated with CU Boulder, you don't have to worry about Parking Services! There is also covered parking on the south side of what used to be Bear Creek. This complex offers free public transportation through the Buff Bus, or B-Cycle! There's tons of trails nearby to offer easy access for commuters. Being so close to highway 36, you can skip the downtown morning Boulder traffic! Perfect location for any very rich college student, or a family that wants to settle down! Sterns East also comes with a new laundry room on the 3rd floor due to the fire that occurred in the fall of 2021! NO SMOKING. Please, students may return in the fall of 2023, so smoking in any of the dorms would make it miserable for them. Or make it feel like home. But please no smoking.
