Area is conveniently located to all main highways, so it is a quick commute to Hoboken, NYC, the NJ Turnpike, Route 21, Route 3. Quick 15 minute commute to Rutgers or NJIT.Apt consists of a second floor and attic. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, & bathroom. Attic is a large carpeted space that can be used as a bedroom, storage, or office space.Students & professionals preferred. We have had 2 groups of students rent the apt, & it has been a good experience. Each group was 5 people in size, and they where able to share the space comfortably.There is no laundry on site, but laundromat is very close. Electricity and cable is paid for by renter. Water is included. No pets allowed. A cat may be acceptable if an indoor cat and house trained. There is a spacious backyard, but the use of backyard and pool must be negotiated with the landlord, and is not guaranteed. Owner pays for water. Tenant responsible for gas and electric. Laundry not included. No dogs, indoor cats allowed.
