Looking for someone to TRANSFER MY LEASE and sell all the furniture as a bundle. The apartment is located in Harbor Point on the bay apartment, a very safe and quiet area. Right next to UMASS The bus stop is right in front of the apartment The parking is free for residents and visitors pay only if parking overnight for a $5 fee. The community has a gym and a pool free for residents. The population in this community is mainly college students. The apartment is a one bed one bath unit with laundry inside (washer and dryer), monthly expenses are only for electricity (max i have paid is 100 over using the AC) and cable/internet (this bill depends on your personal choice). Rent right now is 2300$ and has a yearly increase of 75$ I'm selling all the furniture as a bundle, this includes not only bed and dresser, couch, dining set, tv and stand, desk but also all the kitchen items, lamps tables etc. you will only need your clothes and bedsheets and towels to move in. I'm asking 4000$ for all the furniture. Plus the deposit 1000$, and the fee to include you as a roommate (including you as a roommate is the way we do the lease transfer and this is charged by the leasing office) the cost to add a roommate as of now is 300$. If you do the math 4000 divided by 12 is 333$ plus the rent is 2633 a month in one year contract, way less than the cost of a new lease contract for a one bed apartment. The lease has been renewed for a year and the contract ends in May 2026. I am planning on moving out by the end of July (negotiable), after this date I will take my name out of the lease agreement and you will take over the apartment. The administration requires renters insurance, they also charge a fee for pets and for each roommate you add to the agreement.
