Quarterly pest control, paid by the tenant, you can treat only outside if you like, and all items will be stated in the lease. Rent is due by the 5th of the month, and must be paid by direct deposit, will not accept PayPal. A et deposit is required of $300, you must clean up regularly after your pet, in the back yard or on the trails. Non smoking, no exceptions. There is a 2 car attached garage, and ample parking in the drive way, no RV's or boats or vehicles of any other kind are allowed by the HOA covenants. No parking in the street at night or on trash pick up days.
