House will be left FULLY furnished and CERTAIN utilities will be included - water, garbage, grass and wifi will be covered by the landlord. The Tenant will cover their gas and electric bill from RG&E. Flexible short term lease. Open to month to month leases. Lease will end by beginning of Summer 2025. The Tenant will cover their gas/electric RG&E monthly bill. The landlord agrees to cover the rest of the utilities including water, garbage, grass cutting and internet. The landlord agrees to pay for all utility bills unless the costs exceed what is considered reasonable. In the event of unusually high bills, the tenant and landlord will discuss and resolve the situation amicably and the tenant might be subject to pay additional fees. The landlord reserves the right to conduct a background check on the tenant as part of the application process. This may include verification of credit history, rental history, and criminal background. The tenant agrees to provide necessary information and consent for the background check to be performed. The tenant agrees to keep the premises clean and well-maintained throughout the lease term. This includes regular cleaning, proper disposal of trash, and prompt reporting of any maintenance issues to the landlord. Failure to maintain the property may result in additional fees or termination of the lease. No pets allowed.
