The house still contains some of my things, but I'm living elsewhere while I decide next steps. Before applying, **please read the entire ad.**
Rent includes a house cleaner visiting every other week, and I stop by most Fridays to take care of landscaping and repairs.
My ideal tenant is a professional or grad student that's here for a year or two, but I may consider a shorter or longer rental.

Pets considered with references and additional deposit (there is a built-in litter box compartment and a large dog door in the pantry). No pets have lived there for more than a year.
The fine print:
The bedroom is 10x10 with two windows, a double bed with memory foam mattress, and a decent-sized closet. You may also use the guest room closet.
The house is fully furnished, and there is no room for storage or more furniture.

First and last month's rent are required to move in, and preference goes to the person who expects to be here longest. After the first year's lease expires, I request two calendar months' notice if you need to move.
